We are now in a buyer’s market which gives you the advantage.

We can negotiate a 2% credit back from the seller at closing.

Your mortgage lender can use this 2% seller credit to buy down your interest rate.

This lowers your monthly payments for the first two years of the loan. For example…

If today’s rate sits at 6.5%…

With a 2-1 Temporary Buydown:
Year One Rate = 4.5%
Year Two Rate = 5.5%
Years Three+ = 6.5%

On a $500,000 home, with these lower rates you could SAVE $9,104 in monthly payments over the first two years!
